people shaking handsThe Human Resources Department prepares all human resource policies and procedures, and develops job descriptions for district employees. The department plans and coordinates the recruitment of all professional and support staff for the district. The department maintains all personnel paperwork as well as ensuring all credentialed staff maintain appropriate certifications. In addition, the department develops, administers the implementation of the District's health, life and dental insurance, retirement, COBRA, Section 125, and Health Care Portability Act compliance.
